I had an extremely positive experience, beginning with my initial contact with Mark, through picking up dishes and serving items the day after the event. The food was phenomenal and every dish (including sauces) was labeled so guests knew what they were about to taste. They offer an extremely versatile menu suitable for casual events to very formal events, but the service is top-notch regardless of the menu. I highly recommend Carte Blanche."
