Below you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions regarding Services and Charges:
-The Corkage Fee is applied to the invoice when the client purchases their own alcohol, but wants to be covered for liability under the Carte Blanche liscenced and insured Beverage Service policy. Corkage runs $35 per case of wine and $45 per keg of beer, bartender staffing charge not included.
-Rentals, such as plates, flatware, napkins, glassware, linens, and more are available.
-Event Staffing charges run $18/hr. per Carte Blanche server and bartender, with a 4-hour minimum per event.
-An 18% gratuity is charged for all catered events.
-Delivery charges are $12.50 one-way in Eugene/Springfield area. An additional $1 per mile per vehicle is charged for deliveries outside the Eugene/Springfield area.
-As we typically book only one event per day, a 25% deposit is required to reserve your event date, with the balance due 14 days prior.
-All menu pricing is guest count based and menu specific, and may have other costs associated with the event.
